Los productos están garantizados durante el plazo aplicable a partir de la fecha de instalación, únicamente cuando se utilizan e instalan de acuerdo con los términos y condiciones de la documentación técnica aplicable de Schluter-Systems y las directrices estándares de la industria que no estén en conflicto con la documentación técnica.

Garantías de por vida

Cuando usted instala Schluter®-DITRA /DITRA-XL, el Sistema de Duchas Schluter®, KERDI / KERDI-DS, DITRA-HEAT o DITRA-HEAT-DUO con uno de nuestros morteros de capa fina Schluter, su instalación puede ser elegible para una cobertura de garantía de por vida.

Warranties for Exterior Applications

All requests for warranty coverage for Schluter-Systems exterior applications must follow the Schluter approval process to receive the applicable warranty coverage. You can receive information about the approval process, including the exterior applications checklist, by contacting a Schluter-Systems Customer Service Representative (CSR), Field Technical Manager (FTM), Territory Manager (TM), or Commercial Manager (CM).

Please note that the review and submission of an exterior application checklist does not guarantee approval of the proposed exterior detail or the warranty.
