After starting at Schluter-Systems in sales, I discovered my passion for training and made the switch to the Education Department. Today, as an instructor and learning developer, I can combine creativity with knowledge sharing, two aspects of my job that motivate me each day. To go from a Sales Representative to an instructor and Learning Developer at 48 years old is proof that it is never too late to learn... and teach!
