Schluter^®-KERDI-BOARD-ZC

Schluter®-KERDI-BOARD-ZC is a brushed stainless steel, U-shaped profile with one perforated anchoring leg. It is used to finish the edges of countertops, vanities, and similar structures in conjunction with the Schluter®-RONDEC or Schluter®-QUADEC finishing profiles.

The Schluter-KERDI-BOARD-ZC profile requires no special maintenance or care and is resistant to mold and fungi. Clean profiles periodically using neutral cleaning agents. Stainless steel surfaces exposed to the environment or aggressive substances should be cleaned periodically using a neutral cleaner. Regular cleaning maintains the neat appearance of stainless steel and reduces the risk of corrosion. Avoid the use of strong acids (e.g. hydrochloric or hydrofluoric) and base/alkaline cleaners (e.g. bleach, ammonia, chlorides). Do not use abrasive cleaning agents and tools. Stainless steel surfaces develop a sheen when treated with a chrome-polishing agent.

Step 1. Countertop edges may be finished with the KERDI-BOARD-ZC brushed stainless steel U-profile and corresponding Schluter-QUADEC or Schluter-RONDEC, RONDEC-CT, or RONDEC -STEP profiles. Step 2. Apply KERDI-FIX to the inside vertical surface of the KERDI-BOARD-ZC profile and slide the profile over the edge of the KERDI-BOARD, pushing it tightly against the panel.
