Digital Printing Ordering Process
MyDesign by Schluter is a made-to-order program. Every Digital Printing order is individually configured to match your design vision.
Refer to the price list for item codes and pricing for profiles available through the MyDesign Digital Printing program.
To begin your Digital Printing order, contact Customer Service. Your representative will walk you through the custom ordering process and outline all requirements.
Terms & Conditions will be outlined in the custom ordering agreement.
Custom printed designs require submission of a physical floor covering sample for high-resolution scanning or an approved digital artwork file.
Schluter-Systems will provide digitally printed samples for on-site review and approval prior to full production.
You will evaluate the results and confirm the final finish before full production begins. Final orders may be placed only after sample approval.
Upon approval, your order enters production. Custom products require extended lead times.
The order will be shipped directly to the customer.
An initial sample fee applies to Digital Printing. A credit is applied based on the final quantity ordered, as indicated in the table below:

• Sample fee is billed at the time of order confirmation, when the sampling process begins.
• Credit is applied once the order is placed, based on the final ordered quantity.
Please Note:
- Digital Printing orders cannot be placed online.
- All products are made to order and are non-refundable once the order has been placed and non-returnable.
- Final specifications must be confirmed prior to production.
- Sample fee is waived for recurring orders that do not require new high-resolution scanning or sampling.
