It’s recommended that you tile the walls first as this will make lining up the KERDI-LINE-VARIO drain easier, and the channel will not run under the side wall tiles which makes for less tile cuts. If the walls are not tiled first, be sure to use the Grate Guard accessory, and follow installation instructions.
