Corporate Development supports the way work gets organized and delivered across Schluter. The team works across departments to help structure projects, improve processes, and support the tools and methods teams use every day. The goal is simple: make it easier for people to work together and move initiatives forward in a consistent way.
This team is involved when work spans multiple functions or when changes affect how different parts of the business need to work together. They help bring clarity to complex initiatives, support coordination between teams, and make sure work doesn’t stay fragmented across departments or systems.
Corporate Development also helps maintain and improve the ways Schluter documents and shares how work gets done. This includes supporting process documentation, helping teams align on shared ways of working, and making sure collaboration tools and practices are used in a consistent way across the organization.
The team works closely with business leaders and teams across the company. A lot of the work is about connecting people, aligning steps, and helping initiatives move from planning into execution without losing structure along the way.
Working in Corporate Development means being involved in a wide range of initiatives across the business. It is practical, cross-functional work that often involves organizing information, supporting projects, and helping teams work through change in a clear and coordinated way.
This is a good fit for people who like structured work, enjoy working with different teams, and are comfortable bringing order to complex or fast-moving situations. It is less about one function and more about helping the whole organization work in a more connected way.

Working as a Project Manager at Schluter Systems has been a really rewarding experience.
